Sugar Plum Tutus is collaborating with Tutu Studio Borealis and Tutu Amor & The Home of Boys Stretch Patterns to deliver a new series of tutu making workshops that will complement what is already available. We are offering some fresh new patterns, including the gorgeous semi-stretch/hybrid "Amor" ballet dress and "Debut" or "Prima" semi-stretch/hybrid bodice and panty from Tutu Studio Borealis.
