Shipping policy

The delivery timeframe will vary according to your location and choice of standard or express shipping. Calculating shipping costs is a little tricky, so we have set fixed amounts for standard and express post based on the cost of a large pre-paid satchel. If the shipping cost is significantly greater than this and/or insurance is required we will contact you to obtain an additional payment.
